Where: Nature’s Place, Minden (Bobcaygeon Rd, just behind the library)
We will begin inside Nature’s Place where we will have a chance to observe and learn about various animal tracks. We will even make our own animal prints in plaster, and have an opportunity to make animal track crayon rubbings and sponge prints. What fun!
If conditions allow, we will venture outside and explore a nearby path where we will use our observation skills to find and identify animal signs and tracks. Otherwise, you are welcome to use your new skills independently after the program and be an animal track sleuth. Dress for the weather. Please register at www.haliburtonlandtrust.ca as there are limited spaces and craft supplies for this fun workshop.
Cost : Admission by donation.
